Brock almost always wears a cape these days. Always.

We were having "cul-de-sac races" (as we call them) and Brock blew by Lucy and this is her laughing hysterically. It might be my favorite photo of her because just thinking about her laughing makes me want to giggle! :)

Baseball Weather!

This first photo I took with my phone.. how cute is our little catcher!??

Look at those half naked redneck kids playing in a bucket of mud in the front yard!

And my Brodey.... minus one front tooth! (Pulled it out himself! He was laying in bed on night and yelled... "mom! I pulled out my tooth!" ha!)

Oh boys

When I found them like this I had every intention to punish them for getting SOOOO muddy and RUINING their shirts (washed them 3 times.. then gave up and threw them away).. but then I accidentally laughed. Might as well take pictures after that.

Side note: We don't have a big mud hole in our yard... they MADE one by pulling up some grass. Seriously.

Boys

It has been weird hot here over fall break so we did the best we could to stay cool by playing in the sprinkler. And the slip n slide. And a big mud fight.. which was really funny, but I can't post the pictures because they were naked. What can I say.. these boys don't like to wear clothes.

Other fun fall break things: we went to a park and I overheard Brodey tell another boy "That's my mom over there, the one with the black hair and eyes. And the big round head. And the pointy knees." So that's how he sees me. wow.

We didn't do much.... saw some old friends... went to lunch.. played at several parks.. .it was fun. We decided school gets in our way... I'd much rather have them all home with me everyday.
